  Carlsberg don't make boiler repair men but if they did... 'Absolute Plumbing & Heating' should change their name to 'Absolutely SUPERB plumbing & Heating'. After years of having our oil boiler 'serviced' by another engineer we got fed up with it stopping and breaking down like clockwork so after our regular engineer failed to return calls on the most recent occasion we looked around for someone new. We have two small children and hot water is naturally essential. Found David online and looked at his reviews so contacted him. David phoned back very promptly and arranged to come out asap. He spent a great deal of time and effort looking at the boiler and pointing out the problems which were immediately causing issues but also other areas which have been neglected for some time. The boiler was clearly in need of some replacement parts and he pointed out where the defects were helped me understand why. As a layman (with some technical knowledge) I was reassured why the boiler was failing. David ordered new parts from the manufacturer and fitted them as soon as they arrived with him. The service David provided is second to none! Great communication and reassurance. Very competitive rates and above all a first class job. He was comprehensive in his work and helping me understand the faults he found.
